Preparing George Downing’s Canvas
Nowak at her La Jolla, CA studio
Its time to start a new painting, and it's the legendary George Downing. Nowak took his picture at the 2011 Waterman's Ball, cutting the wood to the stretcher means she gets to start the painting tomorrow.
